Kay was born in Ishgard but she grew up in an adventuring family so moved around quite a bit.
Kay always has multiple weapons (pistol, dagger, throwing knives, etc.) concealed on her person no matter how skimpy or revealing she dresses.
Kay can never quite get her skin completely rid of glitter
Kay lives completely in the moment and rarely if ever considers what consequences her present actions may have in the future.
